Jaydean Kelpies aims to breed a dog that has natural ability in all round station work, working sheep, cattle and feral goats - in the yards and out in the paddocks.
All our dogs that are retained in our stud are worked on our station which covers 98,000 acres in western NSW.
Running 8,000 merino ewes, 500 stud Santa Gertrudis cows and mustering feral goats on a day to day basis. They need to meet a very high standard before they are retained to breed from in the stud.
